We are a special group, us U.S. veterans who have served our country in honorable military service while on active duty. A salute to American veterans in Texas.
Those, who have never served by hiding from their duty to their country in various ways, will never know the pride and love that we have for our country. John J. Rigo, served U.S. Air Force, active duty, 1959-1963, served in the Second Bomb Wing, SAC command, Hunter AFB, Savannah, Georgia, as a Crew Chief Flying Time Coordinator, and a NATO CTS Registry Administrator with NATO Forces ICEDEFOR, overseas in that period. Honorably Discharged in 1965 after additional two years of reserve. (note: Third from the left, top row).
