“Cash Reward for information” five pellet shots in windowns of our commercial building for sale in McKinney, Texas copyright 2014 John J. Rigo
Yesterday, October 8th, 2014 upon arriving at our office building for sale on 914 South McDonald Street in McKinney, Texas, we found that someone had shot five hi-impact pellet gun shots into the windows of our building. The five shots were fired into two art deco windows closely spaced. Seeing the damage was both heart-breaking and sad for us. The building was our office for over twenty-eight years where my wife served others as Linda Terry State Farm Insurance.
Why anyone would harm our building which is a landmark in McKinney from 50’s we have no idea. In the forty years I have lived in McKinney prior to moving to East Texas, both my wife and I have done nothing but “Give to the community, it’s poor, its homeless,” which can be found in the massive remodeling of the New Samaritan Inn under our direction in 2005 and from our own funds.
The damage comes to about $700 to replace both windows. The damage is not covered by any insurance. The crime has duly been reported to the McKinney Police Department. The shots were fired between Tuesday afternoon of last week and yesterday at 11 a.m. yesterday. We are offering a $300 cash reward to anyone who can identify who committed this crime with their ultimate arrest and conviction. Contact John J.
