With my first ReBlog from WordPress sites, I found that previously, I was in a rut. Cleaning house and surfing the WordPress finds quickly the higher levels of intelligence and postings across WordPress. I feel the clouds of darkness clearing to sunshine.

Texas Poetry 
Excellent and something I have said to friends here myself. I know I’m old, but when I reflect back to people the age of my grandparents, the entire vocabulary was different then. It was what they thought, and socially acceptable at that time. Does that make it right? Not really, but that is just the way things were back then, so a lot of people are only parroting what they learned growing up. It’s the present people that seem to have a field day trying to “make something” of it. When our President tells another country that a person who supposedly said something that caused an uproar, that this person was ignorant or an idiot or whatever he said, it’s a sad day. It hasn’t been proven one way or another yet, so personally I think he “jumped the gun once again in favor of what he considers his race”. I’m sick of hearing about slavery, racism, etc…. but that’s just me… sorry for the rant.
I do not consider what you wrote a “rant” but an intelligent observation of the reality of our current world. Individuals, whether male or female, young or “more mature” with true intelligence are becoming a rare thing these days. You are in the “rare” catergory my friend. If you ever come up for adoption as my Sister, be sure to call me. You have the number!
