Benghazi, Instability, and a New Government: Successes and Failures of U.S. Intervention in Libya | Committee on Oversight & Government Reform. Click previous link. Watching the Oversight committee on TV this morning brought tears and grief to me. We all knew we had a President in Obama, who would not stop at nothing for Power. Up to and including the lives of our American embassadors and service personal. This President needs to be Impeached to bring our country back to its greatest glory

“Are we being molded into a “New World Order” as Hilter did with Germany? Image courtesy of Google Image Search.
My thought for today considers we are in the process of becoming a “New World Order in the United States.” Any time an individual is not allowed to have a private conversation in his home, be taped for such, without his permission, and the tape used to destroy him, truly our country is headed toward a slippery slope as remarked by Mark Cuban.
Under five years under Obama, He and his administration have managed to bring strife and hate into the mind-set of the average American citizen. It is a divide and conquer approach in the “Plan to change the United States from a Free Republic to a Socialist Marxist Country.”
Under the Constitution in private, an individual has the right to be whatever his mind-set wishes to be, whether bigot, racist, gay, muslim, or whatever he believes. The constant glorification of any race has worn thin with the American people.

I thought for today’s post I’d tell you a little more about myself by answering some writing-related questions. I hope it gives you some insight into who I am and encourages you to think about your own responses. Enjoy!
1. Where do you write?
Someplace quiet. I’m easily distracted by noises, even music, which is why I do my best work in the ridiculously-early hours of the morning when most of the world is asleep.
2. What are your writing habits?
Once I start, I can’t stop. I’m not one of those people who sets out with a word goal for the day and finishes as soon as I’ve reached my target. No; if I’m on a roll, I have to keep going. It’s not uncommon for me to lose whole chunks of time to the fictional world of my imagination. I forget to eat, I forget to sleep, I just… lose myself in the…

Exclusive: Barbara Simpson asks, ‘Have you noticed the change?’

Have you noticed the change?
It’s not only what you say, but what you think – or what people think you think – that determines your worthiness to have a place in our society.
What do Cliven Bundy, Donald Sterling and Brendan Eich have in common?
More than you think, and it’s all about personal thoughts and words.
Say the “N” word, and you’re finished – unless, of course you’re a person of color who claims dibs on the use of that word, anytime, anywhere.
Say something that even smacks of criticism of people of any other color than white, or any other nationality than American, or any status other than legal American citizen – and you’re finished professionally and otherwise.
Say something that…

With the passing of time
I have come to realize that there are truly
spaces that are never filled
by the loss of friends who were very personal
to my mind and heart.
Through the years
do the memories of Cliff and Tom
constantly come to my mind.
Never are they dead in my heart.
I see each of them
special in their concern for me
as the friends they were to me
and yes the love they rendered to me.
Have they been replaced in the void left by their absence?
No one has accomplished that.
Cliff was the short, large man from the deep South
always with a tale of lesson and advice not wanted
but when given
seemed well placed.
He spoke of home and craw-fish
his Mother and his victories in life
never of his losses.
You knew he was special
a special person to know.
The same stories he related never got old
just deeper in meaning.
The straight-laced
IBM type of guy was Tom.
He seemed to have found victories too early in his life
burning, dying as a shooting star.
An anger was present about him that could never be explained.
Tom loved a good meal and good drinks.
Save the waiter or waitress who spoke too much while serving!
He was there to savor the moment
should it be his last.
As Tom’s life was coming to an end
he maintained his pride to the last minute in a VA hospital
wearing a blue blazer that no longer fit;
no one cared about his past.
I miss Tom’s advice to me,
his laughter at my watch
that he thought was such a great sales job
because I had to push a button
to tell time.
His loud laughter rang in the night
raising high his special drink
to wish me and all
the best of life.
I miss both of these men.
They were the special friends of a lifetime
never to be replaced.
They are in my heart each day
with the warmest of love to my dearest friends
Cliff and Tom.
Whenever you both may be
in the great wonder of it all
I am one person
who misses you both
oh……….. ever so much.

“What Happened to Donald Sterling is Unconstitutional” copyright 2014, John J. Rigo, Texas’ Commentator and Poet
April 29, 2014 by John J. Rigo, Texas' Poet and Commentator
Should an individual be allowed to be a bigot in private? Picture courtesy of Google Image search.
What happened to Donald Sterling is Unconstitutional in my opinion: http://msn.foxsports.com/nba/story/donald-sterling-punishment-clippers-lifetime-ban-fine-racist-comments-adam-silver-042914#livefyre
This represents a total violation of Mr. Sterling’s Constitutional Rights. I am personally outraged that an individual who had a “private conversation” recorded without permission to the recording party has been exposed to this outrage. Could this be a form of revenge by the Obama administration because this individual was not a supporter of Obama? Mr. Sterling is a registered Republican and has given modest sums of donations to the Democratic Party. It is my hope and prayer that Mr. Sterling will sue the NBA for ten Billion dollars and win.
I felt it necessary to return to this posting and further clarify my position. First, it is my opinion if Mr. Sterling had made these statements in a “Public Forum” he would have deserved anything that the NBA wanted to dish out to him.
As for me, I born and raised in Harlem, Manhattan in New York City. My closest friend was a black young man by the name of Richard Taylor up until I went into the Air Force at age 17.
In my forty plus years residency in McKinney, Texas, I finally supported not one, but two black woman who ran for the city of McKinney City Council. Sadly they both lost, even though they were the most qualified for those City Council positions. I am not a racist, nor a bigot, but feel strongly that our privacy under the Constitution should be protected at all costs.
It may be also noted that three well know figures in the political world made racist and bigot-type remarks in a “Public Forum” and need to be removed from public office with also huge fines. Joe Biden calling Obama, “Clean and articulate.” A Harry Reid public statement about Obama having, “No Negro Dialect.” John Kerry calling Israel an “Apartheid” state. Note: As of today, April 30th, the Obama Media Control Machine went into full force in attempting to fully destroy Mr. Sterling in any way possible. Why, the Democratic Party is now flexing its Media machine to overcome its billions of dollars in lost taxes in its folly of putting Obama care in force prior to the November elections of this year. Stuffed ballot boxes and deceit in the media are the parties’ keys to success for Obama.
